The services which shall procured consists of telephony operation and contact centre with general office support system:
Operational contract for switchboards and accompanying equipment, including licences and all relevant software (switchboards, administration and integration systems). Also includes an implementation project which allows for the consolidation of freestanding switchboards and localities.
Operational contract for general office support and contact centre, licences, all relevant software (general office support and contact centre).
Procurement contract for switchboard related equipment and telephone apparatuses with accessories.
Options for patient signalling system and alarms and for licences for coordinated communication.

Bergen municipality will enter into a contract with one service provider for the whole contract, i.e. the operational contract for switchboards, including consolidation project, operational contract for general office support and contact centre, as well as the procurement contract for telephony equipment.
The operational contract is for 2 years plus an option of 2+2+2 year.
The procurement contract is for 2 years with an option for 2 years.
Bergen municipality would like to enter into a contract with one service provider.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: The company’s solidity.
The service provider must have good economic and financial strength as regards the company in general and as regards this procurement’s character. A minimum character of “satisfactory” is required within two of the following criteria: Liquidity, profitability and solidity, as described in Proff Forvalt’s rating.

Documentation:
Bergen municipality will obtain the above mentioned information via Proff Forvalt credit information company. It is thus not necessary to provide this information. (All companies which send in their accounts to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will be registered through Proff Forvalt). If the above mentioned information is not available at the mentioned credit information company, a rating report is to be enclosed from a credit rating company (Dun & Bradstreet, Lindorff Decision, Creditinform or equivalent).
