IVAR would like tenders for detailed engineering services for a new bio gas plant which is planned to be established in Grødaland in Hå municipality.
The plant consists of the following site components:
— Reception and preliminary plant for sludge.
— Plant for thermic hydrolysis.
— Plant for rotting.
— Gas stores, torch and boiler plant.
— Dewatering plant.
— Plant for reject water treatment.
— Gas upgrading plant.
— Process and administration building.
— HVAC and sanitation plant.
— Electricity and automation plant.
— Outside plant.
The detailed engineering design services shall include the complete engineering design services for all professions.

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
