Engineering design services from engineers

Oslo Universitetssykehus HF

There will be a need for considerable construction, renovation and alterations of Oslo University Hospital’s premises in the coming years. The need for continual operation of all the hospital’s departments means that Oslo University Hospital would like to enter into a framework agreement for engineering design services for these constructional and technical works.
The aim is to enter into a framework agreement with 5 companies for each of the professional fields A-E, but a framework agreement can also be signed with 3 tenderers if there are not a sufficient number of qualified tenderers in accordance with the qualification requirements.
The extent of the engineering design services cannot be estimated exactly, but provisional total calculated project costs (for all professions) is approx. 400 000 000 NOK including VAT per annum for work that shall be carried out in the contract period. The number of projects has not been defined. The size of each call-off will vary.
The awarding authority is not obliged to purchase a fixed volume within each professional area in the contract period.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past five years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts)

(2) Other documentation required (please state below)

—List of the most important contracts in the last five years, including information on value and date, as well as the name of the public or private recipient. If the services/assignments referred to are other types of buildings than hospitals, the assignment’s nature must be documented in particular as regards complexity. Reference must be made to at least one relevant project in order to avoid having the tender rejected.

—Overview of the service provider’s resources situation in particular related to what this contract includes and what an offer is given for. An overview shall be given of the tenderer’s employees in the administrative management and the number of employees in the various professions that a tender shall be given for.

—If the tenderer will use sub suppliers a binding statement shall be enclosed that states that the tenderer will be able to use the necessary resources in the whole of the contract period.

—A copy of central certification shall be enclosed or documentation that local certification is likely to be achieved in accordance with the requirements for development classes as stated in the Service Description in annex 2.
