Engineering design group for new Kindergarten in the centre of Kragerø (new publication)

The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with an engineering design group for a new Kindergarten in the centre of Kragerø municipality (Sentrumsbarnehage).
The new kindergarten shall be constructed as a new four-department kindergarten for children from 1 to 6 years.
The Awarding Authority wishes to reconstruct the existing building to a 4-department kindergarten with capacity for approx. 50 children. The existing Løkka kindergarten which is situated at site 39/188 is expected to be demolished.
The main building which is situated at site 39/144 is expected to be reconstructed/renovated to a kindergarten. Construction of a small addition must also be expected.
In connection with this, Kragerø municipality (the Awarding Authority) wishes to enter into an agreement with an engineering design group with an engineering design manager for a draft project. A forward-cover contract for the continuous planning will be entered into. The Awarding Authority primarily requests tenders based on man-hour-rate.

(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
