E6 Trondheim - Stjørdal, T-Ø-E-4 Electrical Strindheimtunnel with open zones

This turnkey contract is part of the road project E6 Trondheim – Stjørdal, section Trondheim. The Strindheimtunnel shall be equipped to tunnel class F, in accordance with Hb021- Table 5.1.
The turnkey contract comprises detailed engineering design and supply and installation of complete electrical installation from the West, profile -300 to profile 2950 in the East.
The section Gildheim - Grillstad, from profile 2950 to the Grillstadtunnel, shall be built in a seperate turnkey contract during 2012-2014. In connection with this section the main contractor for electro work shall design, supply and install all variable signs and level-crossing barriers in accordance with the signs plan.
The turnkey contract also includes Strandvegparken and all access ramps and local roads in accordance with drawings.
The turnkey contract also comprises detailed engineering design and the supply and installation of complete electrical installations in Bromstadvegen's extension, approx. 400 m including a new bridge of approx. 80 m over railway. Bromstadvegen's extension shall be constructed in a seperate enterprise during 2013-2014.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

In connection with this turnkey contract there is an option of further work in the section included in this contract.

Award authority has the unilateral right to make use of these options to a degree they may require within a stipulated frame of approx. 3 000 000 NOK.

The option does not carry the right to exceed rig posts when the work is executed during the time stated in this turnkey contract.

The work that is carried out as an option must be clearly defined and agreed. In the case of such agreement there must be a clear account of the work that is part of the option, and this shall not be seen as additional work or upwards adjustment of the contractual assignment.
