District/local heating for Innlandet Hospital, Sanderud

Sykehuset Innlandet issues an invitation to qualify for a competition for supply of district/local heating with emphasis on environmentally friendly energy sources for Sykehuset Innlandet Sanderud. Award authority can make land available for possible construction of a heating plant. Connection point and routing of the heating pipes will be decided by the award authority. For this round, suppliers must be qualified according to FOA § 17-6 (3). In the next round, qualified suppliers will be sent tender documents with necessary attachments.

1. The company's most important deliveries in the last 3 years, scope, value, dates and receipients. Description fo the company's organisation with sub-contractors and/or co-operting companies who will have an active role in the supply, service and other folow-up.

3. Tenderer must demonstrate capacity regarding personnel to implement the solution and deliver the requested goods and services. If the tenderer uses the capacity/technical personnel from other, co-operating, enterprises, this shall be documented by producing a copy of the agreement between the parties.

4. Documentation of wages and working conditions for supplier's staff and sub-contractors who will contribute to fulfilling the contract. Supplier's staff or those at possible sub-contractors shall not have worse wages or working conditions than required by applicable national collective agreements or which are otherwise normal for the place or profession. Objektive utvelgelseskriterier:
In the case of redundancies of qualified applicants, the selection will be based on those best qualified. This means that if more than the requested suppliers meet the above qualification requirements, the applicants will be evaluated according to which suppliers best meet the requirements that will be subject to evaluation - i.e. the criteria in section 4.3.2 and 4.3.3. The criteria in section 4.3.1 are not subject to evaluation beyond approved/not approved.
