Innlandet Hospital invite companies to a qualification for a competition for the delivery of water borne district heating/local heating with an emphasis on environmentally friendly energy carriers to Innlandet Hospital Tynset. The awarding authority can provide a site for the construction of a heat plant. The connection point and choice of route for the district heating pipes on the awarding authority’s property will be decided by the awarding authority.

— Profit and loss accounts and the balance with notes as well as the annual report and the auditor’s report for the last 2 years. In addition a cash flow analysis is required for the companies who are obliged to provide this,
— Profit and loss accounts and the balance for the last half year if it is more than 6 months since the last annual accounts,
— Any other information which is relevant for the company’s accounting figures.

1-Experience from similar projects of the same size;
2-Relevant references;
3-A good ability to fulfil the contract for the establishment of the solution. The company is required to have sufficient capacity and competence in technical and professional personnel;
4-Wage and work terms.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1-The company’s most important contracts in the last 3 years, the extent, value, date and recipient. Description of the company’s organisation with sub suppliers and/or cooperating companies which will have an active role in the delivery, service and other follow up;

2-Overview of references with contact persons.
3-Tenderers must document capacity as regards personnel to implement the solution and provide the requested goods and services. If a tenderer uses capacity/technical personnel from other cooperating companies, this shall be documented by a copy of the agreement between the parties.

4-Documentation of wage and work terms of employees at the service provider and sub suppliers who shall contribute to the fulfilment of the contract. Employees at the service provider or any sub suppliers shall not have worse wage and work terms than those in the current nationwide tariff agreements or what is otherwise seen as normal for the relevant place or profession. Cf. the Regulations on wage and work terms in public contracts laid down in Royal Decree 6.2.2008, with effect from 1.3.2008.
