Development and implementation of Intranet portals based on SharePoint 2010

NSM would like to establish intranet portals based on SharePoint 2010. There is a need for consultancy services for the development and implementation of the portals. The awarding authority would like a service provider who can both manage and participate in the projects and be involved in the development of well functioning intranet portals for NSM. The service provider shall participate in the further development and shall be a part of finding several possibilties and areas of use for the intranet in accordance with the vision and concept. The service provider can be required to assist with training the awarding authority's personnel. The aim of the intranet system is to use the current technology in an efficient way in order to manage knowledge and exchange experience, support work processes and to allow for interaction across the organisation. This shall contribute to simplifying the work day for employees. A framework agreement shall be signed with 1 (one) service provider.
The contract's value is estimated to approx. 1 000 000 - 4 000 000 NOK in the contract period. The estimate is currently very uncertain as it will depend on how the new functionality is accepted in the organisation in general. The contract will be valid for 2 years with an option to extend it for a further 1+1 year.

Localisation of the tenderer. The service provider must, at short notice, be able to meet or assist with problems of various character. The consultants must therefore not be stationed further than approx. 1 hours drive from NSM’s premises at Kolsås. See the tender documents.
