Delivery of canteen and cleaning services for Statens hus Hamar

The Awarding Authority requests tenders for management of Statens hus’ (the State’s house). The building has approx. 300 employees and the cleaning area is approx. 9 225 m². All in one contract.
All tenders shall be delivered electronically via Mercell portal, www.mercell.no within the tender deadline. All communication regarding the tender documents shall be addressed through the communication module in Mercell.
The reason for this is that all communication shall be logged.

Public tenders will require electronic signature (BankID, Commfides or Buypass). Any questions in relation to this shall be through Mercell support. It is recommended that the tender is submitted well before the deadline for receipt of tenders. If there is additional information from the awarding authority which leads to changing the tender before the deadline expires, the tenderer can go in and open the tender and make any changes and send it in again right up until the deadline.
