Cupboards for active supplies 2011_1408

Helse Stavanger HF

The awarding authority has introduced active supplies (based on the “kanban” principle) for the internal delivery of supplies at the hospital’s departments. The company shall compliment the already purchased material as well as continue the introduction.
At a minimum cupboards shall be installed in 19 departments, of which 8 departments shall have 8 cupboards and the remaining 11 shall have 4 cupboards. In addition approx. 1/3 of the existing cupboards shall be replaced.
Cupboards shall be procured for the 8 departments in 2011 and the remaining 11 during 2012.
In total it is estimated that the mentioned health company will procure cupboards and trays with accessories for approx. 500 000 NOK and 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT each year of the contract period. The consumption is estimated to be even, but is subject to changes in volume in the contract period.
