Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

Option in relation to sanitation services in Lardal. I.e. supervision/clearing of stands for leisure homes/activities sanitation, sanitation for collection of buried waste, maintenance/marking of collection equipment for leisure homes/activities, distribution of information. Option for 1 year prolongation. See the tender documents for further descriptions.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Company registration certificate;

Value added tax certificate (national requirement);

Company tax certificate (national requirement);

Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Other documentation required: Credit appraisal/rating, based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency.

— Guarantee from bank/guarantee institution, not older than 6 months. The guarantee shall, in accordance with contractual provisions, verify that the contractual obligations are met. See also the guarantee form in annex 9.4 in the tender documents.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).

Other documentation required:

— Description of the service provider’s (company’s) and the key personnel’s competence and experience (including CVs) for the relevant subject area,

— A statement of the service provider’s average manpower and number of employees in the administration for the previous 3 years,

— Description of the organisation in connection with implementation of the assignment as well as organisation plan with job descriptions where liability, authority and working relationship are emphasised,

— Description of sub provider(s), if any, with name(s), addresse(s), organisation number(s), competence, experience, etc,

— Documentation which substantiates that the service provider has an established quality assurance system. If the company is certified, copy of such certificate shall be presented,

— Description of the company’s total equipment with relevance for this assignment (vehicles, etc.) as well as spare capacity. The equipment shall be listed not described,

— The tenderer shall present a description of the principal organisation, including organisation plan,

— Number of employees shall be given.
