Consultant to conduct endreview of the Education for All (EFA) programme 2004-2009 in Nepal

Purchase of consultant who will conduct an endreview acoording to attached documents. The total time frame is set to 25 working days. It is desirable that the consultancy will start in the beginning of April. The Norwegian Embassy in Nepal will provide a local consultant.
The estimated value of the assignment is less than 500 000 NOK, and NORAD is therefore not obliged to publish the competition in Doffin or TED. We have nevertheless chosen to publish the competition in Doffin and TED, to reach as many candidates as possible.
