Gassnova SF

Gassnova SF would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1 service provider (cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 15-2) with broad competence and experience who will be a central partner and advisor as regards strategy work in Gassnova.
Broad relevant experience is required from assignments in both the public and private sectors, including the oil and gas sector. Background and experience from CCS is also required.
Gassnova carries out, among other things, owner follow up of the government’s obligation as regards the current portfolio awarded from the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy. In connection with working out strategies for carrying out owner follow up, Gassnova would like to carry out a separate process in order to clarify Gassnova’s visions and strategies.
The assignment involves facilitating strategy processes with participants from Gassnova and providing personnel with experience from relevant business fields. The strategy process will form the basis that Gassnova shall use in its further work.
Elements from the work will include, among other things:
— Facilitate the working out of a general vision and strategy for Gassnova execution of owner interests in its portfolio,
— Facilitate the working out of a strategy for each owner follow up assignment in Gassnova’s portfolio,
— Facilitate tuning and anchoring of strategy in constellations where Gassnova’s owner follow up is included in a partnership with other actors,
— Carry out market surveys of the strategy’s response in the market,
— Assist in working out plans for the implementation of the chosen strategies.
Emphasis is put on the fact that the list is not complete and that other strategy work for Gassnova will be of interest.
The need for the assistance will vary over time and there can be short deadlines. This demands a large degree of flexibility and availability in addition to capacity, priority and resilience.
