Statsbygg is currently undertaking an internal needs evaluation in connection with its economic and accounting system. The purpose of the needs assessment is to reach a recommended path for future system support within said system. Statsbygg requires consultants who can support them in the future processes, independant of which system is chosen.
The consultancy support will primarily comprise mapping and documentation of work processes on a detailed level which can be used as a basis for the design of requirement specifications and/or implementation of solutions.

The service provider must have a legally registered and established company and the financial ability to carry out the assignment. Foreign companies shall present tax certificates from equivalent authorities in the country where the company is registered.

Overview of the number of employees, divided between consultants and administration.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling: Complete annual accounts for the last 3 years, including auditor's report.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Supplier must have sound solidity and the neccessary financial capacity to carry out the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Information on up to three reference projects, of similar value/type of assignment requested in this notice, carried out in the last 3 years. For each of these reference projects please include information of:

a) award authority's name;

b) the size of the assignment in million NOK;

c) dates of execution and;

d) names and contact information for reference person(s) and;

e) if applicable, please submit written references including award authority's evaluation of how satisfactory the assignment was executed.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

It is required that the service provider has sound experience from assignments of corresponding extent and complexity.
