SiO would like consulancy services with PA for major and minor construction projects in development classes 1-3. The requested services will mainly be project management for construction projects and construction management. The services will mainly be for the construction, rebuilding and maintenance of student housing, but SiO Property also constructs, maintains and develops other types of properties: Nurseries, sports buildings, commercial business buildings/housing etc.
