Norsk Tipping AS

Norsk Tipping, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services for the areas Human Resources, management and organisation development. The framework agreement shall meet the requirements for competence not available in the Awarding Authority’s own organisation at a certain date or when an independent requirement for external task solution occurs.
The framework agreement may also be used in connection with requirement for additional capacity.
The requested consultancy services are divided in the following delivery areas:
— delivery area 1: Organisation development,
— delivery area 2: Management and employee development,
— delivery area 3: Employee surveys,
— delivery area 4: Career counselling /readjustment.
The Awarding Authority shall enter into a framework agreement with one joint venture partner for all delivery areas (1, 2, 3, and 4).

— brief presentation of the company with description of vision, business idea, business areas and service areas,
— organisation plan,
— complete capacity matrix, compare annex 2,
— in connection with qualifications, the awarding authority requests a brief overview of general, relevant competence available in relation to the specified service areas (proposed employees shall not be stated),
— the tenderer’s 3 principal deliveries for the previous 3 years for each of the above listed delivery areas (1, 2, 3, and 4), including description of the assignment, value, date and recipients,
— the tenderer shall sign the attached non-disclosure and security statement for suppliers (compare annex 5).
