Consultancy assistance review of the development plan Skyss

Hordaland fylkeskommune v/Skyss

The development plan for Skyss from November 2010 shall after the introduction be supported under the following general aims:
”The plan shall form the basis for how Skysss can contribute to reaching political targets, concretising targets for Skyss as a unit and show how we would like to prioritorise the our resources in the future. The plan will also show how Skyss will solve challenges that are mentioned in the management report.”.
The plan has a perspective of 4 years and there will be annual reviews where the initiative part will be in focus.
The contract is for assistance connected to project management, strategic consultancy, process assistance and change management. The service provider shall procure information, as well as assess and initiate the new projects in the follow up of the development plan in cooperation with the internal project managers in Skyss.
