Olje- og energidepartementet wishes to enter into an agreement with a supplier for consultancy advice and support, including secretary function and professional co-ordination, in connection with award authority's data collection in the Northeasterly Norwegian Sea. The professional consultant shall also be secretary and professional co-ordinator for the start-up process for petroleum activity in the Southeastern Barents Sea.
The consultancy work will take place during the period from contract award until the data collection and end report for the Northeasterly Norwegian Sea is completed, and the start-up process for petroleum enterprise in the Barents Sea Southeast is completed.
