Scope:The assignment comprises the design of complete tender documents (chapters A – G), including drawings, for the construction of new E16 based on approved development plan. Dividing the work into several enterprises is a possibility but this has not been decided at present.Below is a list of areas that are required to be included in the drawings and descriptions.In addition, a number of processes are necessary for implementing the engineering design and provide adequate guidelines for implementation of the construction phase. Supplier shall describe this in the tender documents. Key words for the work/assignments we require are:— Continuous consultancy for award authority during all phases and all relevant topics,— Management of assignments, meetings,— Engineering design plan, including project schedule,— Quality plan, quality planning / - follow-up with documentation,— External environmental plan, including action plans,— Participation in co-operation processes,— Site views/inspections and ground work, collection and processing of basic data,— Creatively phases,— Preliminary constructions (possibly revise),— Design of construction plan,— Constructions,— Tunnel,— Noise reduction measures,— Cost estimates,— Tender documents,— Follow-up during the construction phase,— Data for completed road,— Additional work,— Other work (the list is not complete).
