The construction manager shall be the Awarding Authority’s representative at the location and shall be coordinator for safety, health and workplace environment during the production stage of all contracts.The main contracts are:— substructure,— superstructure,— low voltage,— signalling and telecommunication,— foundations and cables,— construction works for buildings.The Awarding Authority requests tenders for one or several person(s) who can safeguard construction management for all disciplines. The tenderer must evaluate whether the construction management shall be divided into a principal construction manager who has assistant(s) to safeguard the technical disciplines.The tenderer shall calculate total time expected to be spent on safeguarding the construction management. The Awarding Authority does not have office accommodations on site. The construction manager must therefore use office accommodation in own premises, costs shall be included in the offered hourly rate.The construction manager will be located in Bodø municipality.Work load will be 60-100 %.
