SYS IKT

Procurement of a new ICT system for planning work time. A system for planning work time shall be procured that shall contribute to making the work involved with work time and rota planning, absence registrations and variable wage registrations more simple, quality assured and efficient for all employees in the municipalities with the exception of teachers. The system shall support all known planning methodologies. There are requirements regarding integration with supporting IT systems, in particular the wage system. The system must be able to receive and send data to the various operational systems, in particular the system for paying wages.

Six of these would like to purchase a new system. They are Førde, Gulen, Jølster, Høyanger, Naustdal and Hylletsad.
