Collection, transportation and treatment of glass and metal packaging waste

Innherred Renovasjon IKS (IR), Fosen Renovasjon IKS (Fosen R), Envina IKS (Envina), HAMOS Forvaltning IKS (HAMOS), Steinkjer municipality with the co-operation municipalities Verran and Snåsa (Steinkjer) and Oppdal (Oppdal), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authorities, invites to an open tender contest for collection, transportation and treatment of source segregated glass and metal packaging waste from central receiving stations and local return points in the relevant municipalities.
The tender contest includes collection, transportation and treatment of source segregated glass and metal packaging, which shall be collected at central receiving stations and local return points in the relevant municipalities.
All waste shall be delivered to material recovery.
The contract period is 5 years. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with up to 2 years. Expected date for implementation of works is 1.12.2011.
The Awarding Authorities requests tenders from companies with professional, technical, and sufficient resource and financial basis for fulfilling the contractual obligations.
Identical contract shall be entered into with all Awarding Authorities.
