Midtre Namdal Avfallsselskap IKS (MNA), Lierne municipality (Lierne), Røyrvik municipality (Røyrvik), Namsskogan municipality (Namsskogan), Innherred Renovasjon IKS (IR), Fosen Renovasjon IKS (Fosen R), Envina IKS (Envina), HAMOS Forvaltning IKS (HAMOS) and Fjellregionen Interkommunale avfallsselskap IKS (FIAS) and Steinkjer municipality with the cooperating municipalities Verran municipality and Snåsa municipality (Steinkjer) invite companies to an open tender competition for the collection, transport and treatment of hazardous waste from reception places in the respective municipalities.
The tender competition is for the collection, transport and treatment of the following waste fractions:
— Hazardous waste in accordance with the Norwegian Waste Regulations Chapter 11 for all the awarding authorities. As a part of the assignment, the service provider is obliged to provide a certified safety consultant that the awarding authority can use.
As an option tenders are wanted for carrying out an annual collection campaign for hazardous waste for each of the awarding authorities.
As an option tenders are wanted for courses on hazardous waste for personnel at the reception places.
As an option tenders are wanted for the collection, transport and treatment of insulation glass panes containing PCB.
As an option tenders are wanted for the collection, transport and treatment of infectious waste from each of the awarding authorities.
All the waste shall be delivered to a certified treatment or final disposal plant for waste or hazardous waste.
Identical contracts will be signed with all the awarding authorities.
