Larvik municipality c/o Municipal Engineering Department invite companies to an open tender competition for the collection and transportation of waste from households and holiday homes, as well as associated services. Per April 2010 there were 18 738 registered households and 3 925 holiday homes in the collection scheme. Larvik municipality had 42 412 residents and an area of approx. 530 km2 registered in January 2010.
Tender (I) consists of the collection and transportation of source sorted waste from households, the collection of waste from holiday homes and storage and delivery/collection of waste collection equipment.
Tender (II) consists of the collection of glass/metal from recycling stations.
Tenders can be given for I or II or both.
Start 1.11.2011. The contract period is 6 years and the awarding authority has the right to extend the contract for 1 - one + 1 - one year.
