Geological Survey of Norway (NGU)

The Geological Survey (NGU) invites bids for the procurement of in-house cleaning services in the following areas:
a.Office cleaning services;
b.Plants upkeep services;
c.Sanitary articles: hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and all similar products;
d.Windows cleaning.
The procurement purpose is primarily to meet the needs for daily cleaning (including mats replacement) and major cleaning, including interior window washing at the geological survey building in Trondheim (Sør-Trøndelag County) in Norway. The total cleaning area is approximately 10 750 square meters.
Delivery of cleaning services will take place from 1.7.2011 to 30.6 2013. A contract will allocated for a period of 2 years with an optional extension of 1 +1 year (2 +1 +1).

It is allowed to submit bids for parts of the assignment under condition that the division of components is a natural separation in the product groups, for example,
a.Cleaning services with the delivery of toilet paper, tissue, soap and similar products,
b.Plants up keep services,
c.Window cleaning.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Declaration of the company's participation in a publicly verified apprentice scheme(s) relevant to the contract;
(3) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;
(4) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(5) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(6) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).

(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures;
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof;
(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(4) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
