The contract’s aim is primarily to cover the need for daily cleaning including internal window cleaning of Entra Eiendom’s premises in Professor Olav Hanssens vei 10, Stavanger, Norway. The building has a gross area of approx. 37 100 m divided between 5 floors. The premises are divided up into three joined buildings and include public arenas, meeting rooms, canteen and offices. In addition there will be any cleaning in accordance with orders. See the tender documents for further information.

Documentation requirement: the service provider’s annual accounts including notes with the board’s and auditor’s reports for the last two (2) years shall be enclosed. The awarding authority reserves the right to obtain further information in order to verify if the service provider has sufficient financial strength. If the accounts for the last year have not been completed by the deadline for qualification, the provisional accounts for the current year shall be enclosed.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Overview of all relevant projects in the last 3 years including a description of the delivery, date of execution, extent of the delivery in amount, confirmed certificate or a description of the recipient, name/tel. no. of a reference person at the awarding authority. Please use the template – annex 3. If another template is used, please check that the equivalent information is included as in our annex 3. The awarding authority reserves the right to contact some selected references.

A short general description of the company, organisation, total manpower and core competence related to this procurement shall be given.
Filled in and signed reference form from at least 2 reference customers. Preferably use annex 6.
A description must be given of any use of sub suppliers. If a sub supplier shall undertake a considerable part of the delivery, documentation must be enclosed which shows that the service provider has real command over them in the form of a binding statement or cooperation contract. Entra and the tenants shall nevertheless only deal with one service provider, and the service provider will be responsible for the sub supplier’s services in the same way as for their own services, see the contract document’s point 12 (and NS 8431 point 13) for further information on sub suppliers. A tax certificate and VAT certificate as well as a HSE self-declaration and company registration certificate shall also be enclosed for sub suppliers. An account of the sub supplier’s core competence related to this procurement shall also be enclosed.

A short description of the general quality assurance system that the service provider will use for this contract is to be enclosed. If the service provider is certified in accordance with ISO or other third party verified systems, a copy of the certificate shall be enclosed.
