Hias IKS
The contract is for the procurement of precipitation chemicals, polymer, defoamer and active coal for the processes at Hias sewage treatment plant and the procurement of CO2, marble, alkali silicate and chlorine gas for the processes at Hamar and Stange water treatment plants as well as precipitation chemicals for the soil water plant at Heggvin waste plant.

The awarding authority will print out a credit rating through Lindorff Decision including main information, payment comments, accounts, key figures and Decision score.
Foreign tenderers must enclose an equivalent credit check as Lindorff Decision, not older than 3 months.
Tenderers must have the economic and financial capacity to fulfil the assignment.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— A general description of the organisation including the number of employees, stocks, equipment, follow up and delivery apparatus,
— Documentation that the tenderer has a quality assurance system. If the company is certified, documentation of this is to be enclosed,
— References, delivery of relevant, previous assignments with a statement of the delivery’s size, contact person and contact information (telephone number and e-mail address),
— Documentation of certification from the Norwegian Food Safety Authority for chemicals for use in the water supply.
— The supplier must have an organisation with sufficient resources, stocks and equipment to deliver the chemicals as described for this competition,
— The supplier shall have a system for follow up of the delivery and awarding authority,
— The supplier shall have a system for quality assurance,
— The supplier must have delivered equivalent chemicals to sewage treatment plants and water treatment plants previously,
— The supplier must have certification from the Norwegian Food Safety Authority for the chemicals for use in the water supply.
