Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;
(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
—Credit rating, not older than 1 year, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publically certified credit rating institution,
— The board’s annual report for the last 3 years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below)
—An account of the service provider’s total manpower and machines, as well as an account of which parts of the contract are expected to be handed over to sub suppliers. An organisation chart shall be enclosed,
—An account of the service provider’s technical personnel and/or technical unit that the service provider shall use for fulfilment of the contract, in particular the personnel who are responsible for quality assurance, as well as an account of the service provider’s methods for quality assurance,

—A list of the most important deliveries or performed services in the last 3 years including information on value, date, and the name of the public or private recipient,
—An account of how the need for extra capacity can be obtained,
—Copy of certificate of apprenticeship, certificates.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
—A good ability to fulfil the contract is required,
—Good competence within the care and management of parks and open spaces is required,
—Experience from equivalent green works is required,
—As the awarding authority can, in periods, have a need for extra capacity from the service provider, the company must be able to obtain extra manpower for up to 5 employees at short notice,
—The company is required to have a minimum of 2 work managers with certificates of apprenticeship, education as a gardener/production gardener or equivalent green education.
