Drammen Eiendom KF is Drammen municipality’s property manager and builder/developer and would like tenders for a turnkey contract for the construction of a new car park in the centre of Drammen. Address: Bjørnstjerne Bjørnsons gate 17, 3044 Dramme (Gnr. 110, Bnr. 53).
Contractors shall be prequalified for the construction of a new car park with approx. 350 car park places and a total of approx. 12 200 m2. The site is located between Bjørnstjerne Bjørnsons gate and Tordenskjoldsgate and has a very central location in Strømsø. The area is currently used as a public car park and shall be developed in its entirety.
The main construction is to be built of concrete with half floors and drive-in ramps. The ground floor against Tordenskjolddsgate will include approx. 300 m2 shop area, the remaining area will be used for parking.
The works are to be carried out as a turnkey contract. Contracting will be carried out in accordance with NS 3431. If a new contract standard for turnkey contracts is available by the date the contract is signed, the awarding authority reserves the right to use the new standard (new NS 8407). Or some changes from the NS standard may apply. Information on this will be given in the next phase (phase 2 – restricted tender round).
