The Norwegian Public Roads Administration henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority requests tenders for a departmental framework agreement and accompanying services.
It is a condition that the tenderer’s underlying agreements with accompanying discounts related to operation of the car park is included in the car administration agreement including agreements in relation to fuel, oil products, car rubber and similar products with relevance to the Awarding Authority. The total value for car administration with accompanying services is estimated to approx. 65 000 000 NOK. The Awarding Authority will enter into a 2 year framework agreement with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation.

The following qualification requirements (minimum requirements) will be made for the suppliers wishing to participate in the tender contest:

The company’s financial and economic position: the supplier shall have sufficient financial capacity to meet the contractual obligations. This shall be documented by presenting annual accounts including the board’s annual report, profit and loss accounting, balance sheet, notes and the auditor’s reports for the previous 3 financial years.

It is required that the tenderer’s credit scoring is minimum rating A “worthy of credit” or equivalent. The supplier must present documentation showing credit appraisal/rating, not older than 6 months, and shall be based on the most known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency.
