Hafslund Nett AS

The detection service comprises:
— reception and systematic registration of all enquiries from the public concerning enquiries on the location of cables,
— answering enquiries about cable detection on the telephone,
— direct detection of cable installations on site,
— duty rota for the reception and execution of detection outside normal working hours (1600-0700) for urgent cases such as leaks in water and sewage installations, district heating and oil cables/pipes,
— refer the excavation manager to a “professional” when necessary,
— document any deviations between map and terrain.
In the year 2011 and in the future approx. 10 000 cable detection services per annum will be carried out in Hafslund Nett’s licence area, with the largest monthly amount being approx. 1 000. 40 % of the detections are made by telephone, i.e. there are approx. 6 000 on site detections per annum.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
