The award authority’s objective with the procurement is to enter into one or several framework agreements for supply of drugs and multi-dose drug packages to Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal and Nord-Fron Municipalities and Oppland County Municipality.
The framework agreements shall principally cover the municipality’s units within health and care, including nursing homes, medical centres and dental clinics. All other municipal units with a requirement for drugs and chemist supplies shall have the same terms.
Because of decentralised dental clinics and upper secondary schools, Oppland County Municipality shall have the option for supply of drugs etc., also in other municpalities in Oppland County, where suppliers under the framework agreement have shops.
The award authority requires that tendered products and services shall at all times follow prevailing laws, regulations and authority requirements, and as a minimum, shall be carried out in accordance with the requirement for competence, accuracy and professional skill which are customary in the trade.
It will be required that tenderers have sales outlets in each of the municipalities in question, or undertake to set up a shop shortly after contract commencement, when the need for quick supply and access to competent personnel at short notice makes this necessary.
