This contract includes public areas around the cultural centre Buen, ie, the promenade facing the water, the play area “Halen”, foot and bicycle paths, loading and boarding area with parking facility in the north as well as area for delivery of goods to the cultural centre.
The outdoor facility shall be organised in such a way that it is to the largest possible degree available for all users. The project shall contain inclusive and robust solutions, environmentally friendly materials and an evident general idea which shall permeate the landscape around Buen.
The project contains materials with a many hard surfaces, e.g. in situ concrete, wooden surfaces and rubber surfaces. The play area Halen is a unique area where emphasis is put on the selection of new solutions and equipment. High standards of the quality of the implementation are essential.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

It is required that the tenderer has good solidity. This requirement shall be substantiated by presenting: The company’s most recent annual accounts including notes, the board’s and the auditor’s reports, as well as recent information with relevance to the company’s accounting figures.

The company shall also present a copy from a credit rating agency dated after 1.5.2010 which ranks the company with sufficient solidity. It is required that the tenderer’s equity is positive, compare form F3.2, chapter 9.6.

Presentation of the company's annual accounts or extracts from thereof. The company's turnover within landscape services must be at least 2 times the turnover the contract will generate. Compare form F4.3, chapter 9.9.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;

(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);

(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts);

(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

It is a requirement that the contractor can substantiate that he has executed corresponding previous contract works satisfactory result.

The tenderer shall substantiate that he fulfil the following functions in accordance with the Planning and Building Act and Regulations on building applications - CASE 10: Responsible contractor (UTF) and responsible controller of the execution. Approval in enterprise class 2 is a condition.

This requirement shall be substantiated by presenting:

References from corresponding projects (up to 3 references) that are implemented during the last 5 years. The documentation shall contain year of implementation, extent, photos of completed facility, simple floor plans, value, and principal contact person with phone number.

Project organisation with a statement of who will be appointed project and field manager as well as construction manager on site.
