The Purchasing Authority is acting on behalf of the following organisations: Vesar AS (Vestfold Avfall og Ressurs AS), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is owned by the following municipalities: Andebu, Horten, Hof, Holmestrand, Lardal, Larvik, Nøtterøy, Re, Sandefjord, Stokke, Tjøme and Tønsberg. The Awarding Authority’s main task is household sanitation on behalf of the ownership municipalities. In this tender contest is Vesar AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, been given the responsibility to carry out the tender contest on behalf of the ownership municipalities and on behalf of the cooperating municipalities in Grenland, Telemark County. The following municipalities are included in the contest: Andebu. Hof. Holmestrand. Horten. Lardal. Larvik. Nøtterøy. Re. Sandefjord. Stokke. Tjøme. Tønsberg. Siljan. Skien. Porsgrunn. Bamble. Kragerø. As responsible for carrying out the tender contest, the Awarding Authority will, after the most favourable tender is selected, present a recommendation to each participating municipality with advice for selection of tender. Each participating municipality must then approve selection of tender before final binding contract is signed. Subject to approval from each participating municipality. The Awarding Authority disclaims any responsibility for total or partial cancellation of the tender contest, due to un-received approval(s) from one or several municipality (ies). (NT Ref:233689).

Relevant experience: 40 (points: 0-10) (0-400).
Technical and professional competence and capacity: 35 (points: 0-10) (0-350).
Total 100 points (weighted total points, maximum 1 000).
The total of the weighting is 100 points. Maximum obtainable total points are 1 000. See the qualification documents for further information.
The 3 most qualified applicants/applicant groups who obtain best total points will be invited to participate in the tender contest. Point scale starts from 0 (unfavourable/lowest value) to 10 (most favourable/highest value).
Insufficient documentation of quality/criteria gives 0 point.
