Assistance and consultancy for the est./support of int. contracts for safe access to space segment

Forsvarets logistikkorganisasjon IKT-kapasiteter

The purpose of the procurement is to engage external assistance and consultancy for the establishment and support for international agreements in the Norwegian Armed Forces’ (henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority) Project 8007 – Safe access to space segment. The objective of project P8007 is to purchase satellite capacity for the Awarding Authority and shall be implemented as a bilateral cooperation with Spain. The project shall be executed by the Spanish company Hisdesat, on behalf of Norway and Spain, enters into agreement with suppliers for the production of the satellite, launching and establishment of necessary ground segment, respectively.
An agreement shall also be entered into with Hisdasat for the operation of the satellite. The Awarding Authority requests assistance in connection with the evaluation of the technical aspects of the agreements to be entered into, the follow-up of these as well as remaining aspects of the procurement process.
