The Ministry of Trade and Industry, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority shall enter into an agreement for assessment of Norway’s participation in the European Space Agency programme, Radarsat and the subsidy scheme national delegated capital. The assessment shall contribute to provide a basis for assessment of the usefulness to society of these programmes may have.
