Application and platform for new Norwegian language and social studies tests for immigrants
Vox, nasjonalt fagorgan for kompetansepolitikk
Vox, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to procure an application and a platform where digital tests in social studies and Norwegian language can be created and implemented.
The application and the platform shall handle piloting of tests and implementation of preparatory practice tests in addition to the actual tests.
The application and platform shall be managed by the Supplier on the Supplier’s own servers and infrastructure. The contract period is 4 years with option for prolongation. The supplier shall also be able to provide maintenance and support on the application and the platform both during the operation period and the following years.

The agreement period is 4 years from initialisation of ordinary operation and will then be renewed for a period of 1 year at a time until the Awarding Authority terminate the agreement.

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement)

Self-declaration regarding social dumping, pay and working conditions shall be presented.
(1) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof
(2) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years

(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(3) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts)

Overview of up to 5 principal deliveries for the previous 2 years, including extents, values, dates and recipients. Minimum 2 references shall be given.
