In order to ensure the students and teachers best possible benefits of content and functionality, the Awarding Authority is dependent on interaction with and between various internal and external services which at all time function at its best.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation of the framework agreement.
In addition to the application administration, there will be option for delivery of consultancy services in connection with policy, technological and organisational questions for several administrative processes, such as external communication, marketing, strategy and action plan, financial management, measuring and reporting, risk and aberration management, development.

The consultant may be asked to contribute to the Awarding Authority’s management group and may be assigned with preparations and following up procurement, participation, transaction, complementary work related to the application administration and operative strategic management.

Juridisk, økonomisk, finansiell og teknisk informasjon
Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
(5) Other documentation required (please state below).
Requirement: The supplier shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
Requirement: The supplier shall meet the Norwegian HSE requirements for works carried out in Norway.
Requirement: The supplier shall be a legally established company.
Requirement: The supplier shall have good conduct. This shall be documented by presenting a self-declaration which verify that the requirements in Annex B are fulfilled.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Documentation requirement: The supplier’s annual accounts including notes with the board’s and auditor’s reports for the previous 2 years. See the qualification documents for more information.

Requirement: The supplier shall have sufficient financial strength to meet the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Documentation requirements for “sufficient implementation ability”:
Own company:
A brief and principal description of the company, including:
— a statement of the company’s business idea and core competence in relation to the delivery,
— an overview of the company’s history, organisation and ownership as well as a description of the existing activities,
— description on how the supplier is organised for implementation of this assignment (this includes an overview of functions including joint venture partners/sub-suppliers, if any),
— a description of the human resources available for the company (scope of expertise, professional scope of expertise by numbers, not names, consequently a scope of expertise for the company),
— a brief description of the overall quality assurance system the supplier will base the implementation of the contract.
Joint venture partners/sub-suppliers:
Please see the qualification documents for further information regarding requirements in connection with any cooperation constellations and use of sub-suppliers.
Documentation requirement for “relevant experience”:
Reference documents from corresponding deliveries for the previous 3 years. The documents shall be signed by or contain written verification from the awarding authorities for the various deliveries. Please see the qualification documents for further information regarding minimum requirements for this.

If signed or verified documentation is not possible to obtain, the supplier shall present description of the relevant assignments for the previous 3 years with details in accordance with the above listed points. It is requested that the attached template (annex D) is used.
