Anskaffelse 59/2011 Service - og support avtale på SRO ved Oset og Skullerud VBA

The objective of the procurement is to maintain the water supply to the population and simultaneously comply with current routines, access control, deviation management, etc.
In general, the process control system comprises of a central control centre with operator stations that, through two independent fibre optical ringed network, type Ethernet, is connected with Programmable.
Logic Controllers (PLC) which control the entire system.
The Control, Regulation and Monitoring system, henceforth referred to as CRM system, to the control centre is RSView from Rockwell Automation (RA) which is a client/server based system based on the Ras Factory Talk principle and mainly comprises of a central database which control where in the system all information is located and provides this information to the clients.
The Awarding Authority manage operation and maintenance of the CRM systems at Oset and Skullerud WTP (water treatment plants), but if the system “falls out” or give error messages, the Awarding Authority will require additional resources for management of the system in order to maintain control of the water treatment plants.

Preparedness/response time: The service shall be guaranteed availability 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. If the error has to be repaired at the plants, the turn-out period shall be minimum 6 hours (including travelling time).
