Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV) supplies the capital with drinking water and storm-water treatment. The agency has responsibility for operation, maintenance and renovation of the city's treatment plant, pipework network and pumping stations for both drinking water and effluent water. VAV wishes to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of various concrete tank products and accessories.

The contract duration is 2 years from commencement with the option for the purchaser to extend the contract by 1 + 1 year under identical conditions. The option must be exercised 3 months before the agreement expires.

Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit worthiness/ rating, no older than 6 months, and based upon the last known annual accounts. A rating shall be obtained from a publicly approved credit reference agency. The award authority reserves the right to obtain its own credit check on the suppliers.

Overview of the company's total manpower.
Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
It is required that the supplier has a satisfactory environmental management system which controls how the business safeguards relevent environmental considerations connected to the supplier's activities, products and services.
