Necessary medical equipment shall be purchased for fitting out a new odontology building (NOB).
4 new theatres shall be fitted out in the new odontology building.
Medical equipment shall be purchased for the theatres.
The main aim is to equip the theatres for oral surgical work for students and employees. The theatres are mainly a part of the specialist service/education at the Odontology University Clinic. The equipment shall make up some of the basic equipment in the theatres.
The equipment mainly consists of ceiling mounted technical arms with output centres, surgical lamps and AV/IT equipment.
Furthermore surgical tables/chairs which are suitable for work with oral surgery shall also be purchased.
Option prices are also wanted for some minor mobile equipment.
Planned assembly:
The equipment is to be assembled continuously in 3 rounds.
August-September 2011 (as soon as possible). Ceiling fittings and interface-sheets/adapters.
November-December 2011 technical arms with accessories.
March-April 2012 surgical tables and other mobile equipment.
These dates are a guideline and the supplier must be able to adapt and change the delivery and assembly date without this giving any extra costs for the awarding authority.
