Advertisement dissemination in Oslo / Akershus

Sporveis-Annonsene AS (SA) invites suppliers to a negotiated competition for pre-qualified applicants for the rights to disseminate traffic advertisements in Oslo and Akershus.
SA notifies that this is a voluntary notice. SA is not covered by the Law on public procurement, but chooses to follow its principles.
NB: for this procurement SA is using electronic transmission of qualification documents with associated attachments and electronic submission of applications for participation via SA’s procurement website, see http://anbud.ktpas.no. This means that entry to the competition takes place electronically. Register by uploading all requested documentation to the procurement website within the stated deadline. When the registration deadline has expired, the tender documents will be sent out electronically via the procurement website to pre-qualified suppliers.
Please note that it is required that you log into the procurement website and register your wish to participate in order to upload documents.
