Qualification requirements:

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.

Documentation:

*Valid company registration certificate (foreign companies must provide an equivalent certificate as mandated in the law in the country where the company is registered).

Two tax certificates shall be provided:

— Tax certificate (tax, advanced payments, garnishments, payroll tax),

— VAT certificate.

The tax certificate and the VAT certificate can be ordered from the same place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or to the tax office.

The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall provide equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations § 20-12 (3).

HSE self-declaration.

All tenderers must submit a HSE self-declaration within the tender deadline. The HSE self-declaration shall be in accordance with schema attached to tender documents. Tenderers who are registered in StartBANK can state StartBANK ID or submit a copy of the proof of registration.

Tenderer is required to have good solidity and the financial ability to fulfil the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Overview of the company's reference projects.

An overview shall be given of relevant reference projects that the company has had during the last 5 years, i.e. works of an equivalent size, content and complexity to this contract.

The overview shall, for each of the reference projects, include information on types of construction, time of execution and name of award authority.

2. Key personnel

Names and CV of key personnel (site manager, foreman and fitter) who shall be present at the construction site when the contract work is being carried out. The CVs for the site manager, foreman and fitter shall include information on education and work experience. The following shall be given for the most relevant reference projects, i.e. sites of an equivalent size and complexity to this contract which include equivalent works (see point 2.1):

— what the contract included (e.g. renovation of brick walls worthy of protection, steel constructions, iron windows, wooden gates, lights etc.),

— size of the contract,

— date of execution and,

— name of the awarding authority.

The following shall be given for the most relevant reference projects, i.e. construction/works of an equivalent size and complexity to this contract: what the contract included, type of work, size of the contract, date of execution, name of the awarding authority and their role in the project.

The attached schemas “reference project company” and “reference list, key personnel” shall be used.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

The tenderer is required to have good technical and professional qualifications and good capacity.

The tenderer is required to have good and relevant experience from projects/enterprises of comparable size and complexity.

Key personnel (at least 3 people) are required to have very good experience from and competence within the relevant professional fields.

At least 3 of the key personnel must have experience from relevant assignments.
