K102 Pre-fabricated cabins comprises purchase, foundation and assembly of pre-fabricated cabins. The pre-fabricated cabins shall house offices and rooms for changing, washing and eating.
The rooms for changing, washing and eating shall meet the requirements stated in joint declaration for construction work 2010 - 2012, attachment 18: "lodgings, cabins, quarters and personnel room" part B Work places without lodging workers (i.e. rooms for changing, washing and eating).
Offices shall be in accordance with the regulations for work places and work premises. The cabins shall be new, and meet requirements stated in ”Byggteknisk forskrift – TEK 10” (construction regulations).

Qualification requirements:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Documentation:
Valid company registration certificate (foreign companies must provide an equivalent certificate as mandated in the law in the country where the company is registered).
Tax information.
2 certificates for taxes and charges shall be submitted:
— Tax certificate (tax, advance tax deductions, attachment of earnings, employers' national insurance contributions),
— VAT certificate.
Certificates for tax and VAT can be ordered from the same place. Tenderers can either approach their local tax collector or the tax office.
The certificates shall be no older than 6 months from tender deadline.
Tenderers that are located in other EEA countries must submit equivalent certificates in accordance with LOA (Regulations for public procurement) § 20-12 (3).
HES documents.
All tenderers shall submit their HES documents within tender deadline. Documents shall be in accordance with attached schema in tender documents.
Tenderers that are registered in StartBANK can submit StartBANK ID or a copy of their proof of registration in StartBANK.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. Annual accounts for the last 3 years, including auditor's notes.
2. Statsbygg will consider collecting credit evaluation from accredited credit evaluation company.
The tenderer is required to have good technical and professional qualifications.
Tenderer must have experience from at least 2 equivalent assignments (supply/assembly of pre-fabricated cabins).
Accounts of tenderer's/the company's experience from projects that can be compared to this assignment (reference projects):
Documentation of the project, name of award authority, dates, size/scope, information of whether the contract comprised both supply and assembly.
Schema attached to tender documents shall be used for this documentation.
