Contract K207 comprises of steel structures (stairs and balconies, etc.), tiling works (internal walls and surfaces), carpentry (internal walls and surfaces), joinery (surfaces and stairs, balconies, etc.), windows (internal walls), doors (internal walls), locks and fittings, metal works (surfaces, stairs and balconies, etc), glasswork (internal walls), painting works (load-bearing structures, external walls, internal walls, surfaces), building papering works (surfaces, stairs, etc.), ceiling works (surfaces), fixed building furnishing (internal walls, fixed furniture, various), building installation works for HVAC and sanitation as well as electrical installations (masonry, carpentry, painting works, building papering works, ceiling works, sealing, fire and sound proofing).

Separate tender contests will be held for contract K210 (main kitchen, refrigeration room and cold storage, main components in a practice kitchen, bistro, student housing) and contract K211 laboratory furnishing. These contracts may be transferred to contract K207.

It is required that the provider has a legally established company.

Documentation:

*Legal company registration certificate (foreign companies shall present tax certificates from equivalent authorities as required in the legislation where the companies are established).

2 tax certificates shall be provided:

— Tax certificate (tax, advance payments, garnishments, employer's contribution),

— VAT certificate.

Tax and VAT certificates can be commissioned from one office. The tenderers may either contact the local tax collector office or the tax office.

The certificates shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.

Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall present corresponding certificates. Compare the Public Procurement Regulations’ §20-12 (3).

HSE self-declaration.

All tenderers shall present a HSE self-declaration within the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the form attached the tender documents.

Tenderers registered in StartBANK can provide information of the StartBANK identification or send copy of registration to the StartBANK instead.

It is required that the tenderer has good solidity and financial implementation ability.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1.Overview of the company’s reference projects.

Tenderer shall give an overview of relevant reference projects executed by the company. The overview shall contain information of extent, complexity and type of works.

For each of the reference project the overview shall contain information of the following: type of buildings, what was included in the contract (type of works, compare point 2.1 in the tender invitation), the value of the contract, the size of the contract (m2), date of execution and name of the awarding authority.

2. Key personnel.

Names and CVs for key personnel (2 construction managers and 3 foremen/supervisors) which shall be present everyday at the construction site in connection with implementation of the contract.

CVs for the construction managers and foremen/supervisors shall contain information of education and work experience. The most relevant reference projects shall contain description of extent of the contract, date of execution name of the awarding authority and the function each manager and foreman/supervisor had in the project, i.e. buildings/plants of comparable extent and complexity of this contract and projects which include corresponding works, i.e. most of the works described in point 2.1*.

Forms regarding reference projects company and reference list for key personnel (”referanseprosjekter firma” and”referanselister nøkkelpersonell”) shall be filled in. These forms are enclosed the tender documents.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

It is required that the tenderer has very good technical and professional qualifications. It is expected that the tenderer has experience with projects/contracts of comparable extent and complexity as well as experience with works of equivalent nature as described in point. 2.1. Experience with equivalent works, compare point 2.1, may also be from smaller projects (i.e. not projects of comparable complexity and extent).

It is expected that the key personnel (minimum 5 people) has very good competence within the relevant disciplines. Minimum 5 of the key personnel must have experience from relevant corresponding works as most of the works stated in point 2.1.
