96001 Bergen University College, K2008 internal construction works for buildings, part 2

The Ministry of Research and Education has given Statsbygg, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, the assignment to construct a new building for Bergen University College. The objective of the construction is joint location of the University College’s 3 departments; the engineering education, the teacher education and the health and social care education.
Contract K208 includes works for the entire facility (approx. 47 000 m2), which includes both new buildings and existing buildings. The works include construction of amphitheatre, stairs/steps in the amphitheatre, insulated counterfloor on stage, internal ramps of wood, wall covering, wooden floor, panelled ceiling, coating in auditorium, various fixed furnishing, auditorium chairs, fixed furnishing in the sports hall, signs.
Contract K207 includes internal works for the entire facility (approx. 47 000 m2) which shall be the basis for contract K208.

Qualification requirements:
It is required that the tenderer has a legally established company.
Documentation:
Valid company registration certificate.
(Foreign companies the Awarding Authority requires equivalent certificates in accordance with the legislation in the country where the company is registered).
Tax information:
2 copies of tax and social security contributions certificates shall be presented:
— Tax certificate (taxes, deferred income/revenue, garnishment, employers contributions),
— VAT certificate.
Tax and VAT certificates can be commissioned from one office. The tenderers may either contact the local tax collector office or the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall present corresponding certificates. Compare the Public Procurement Regulations’ §20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration.
All tenderers shall present a HSE self-declaration within the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the form attached the tender documents.
Tenderers registered in StartBANK can provide information of the StartBANK identification or send copy of registration to the StartBANK instead.

It is required that the tenderer has good solidity and financial implementation ability.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Other documentation required (please state below).
1. The company’s reference projects (maximum 5).
The company shall enclose a list of references which shows relevant reference projects carried out by the company, both in relation to size, complexity and types of works.
Each of the reference projects shall contain information of the following:
— type of buildings,
— type of works,
— value of the contract (NOK),
— size of the project (m2),
— date of execution,
— name of awarding authority.
2. Key personnel.
Names and CVs of key personnel (one construction manager and one foreman/gang foreman) who shall be daily present at the construction site in connection with implementation of the contract.
CVs of the construction manager and foreman/gang foreman shall contain information of education and work experience. Reference list for construction manager and foreman/gang foreman (maximum 5 reference projects each). The list shall contain information of the following:

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
It is required that the tenderer has good technical and professional qualifications. It is required that the tenderer has experience with projects/contracts of corresponding nature, size and complexity.
K208 includes furnishing of the largest auditorium in the project, with floors, walls and panelled ceilings as well as furnishing of the sports facility. Compare the description of works given in point 2.1.
