The contract includes a total procurement regarding delivery and installation of up to 4 000 high pressure sodium fittings for 50, 70 and 100W armament.
The Awarding Authority will also request tenders for replacement of a further described stretch with white wire to EX aerial cables and replacement of some existing pole arms for wooden poles.
The Awarding Authority will designate locations where the re-stretching of aerial cable and replacement of pole arms shall be carried out. The designations will be carried out by the Awarding Authority after consultation with the supplier during the process of replacing the fittings.

The extent of the procurement is dependent on the Awarding Authority’s allocated budgets. The contract is therefore divided in a main delivery and three options, of which the options will be utilised in connection with potential necessary budget cover. Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established;
(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);

Credit appraisal/rating, not older than 6 months, which shall be based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain separate credit appraisals.

— List of the principal deliveries for the previous 3 years with information of the Awarding Authorities and contract values,
— Overview of the tenderer’s existing organisation and manpower,
— Overview of and CVs of the available key personnel (own and hired personnel) in connection with implementation of the contract. The overview shall indicate how many work teams this amount to. The CVs shall substantiate that the key personnel has the necessary authorisations for implementation of the assignment,
