In connection with expansion of Holmlia public transport terminal with relocation of the bus terminal to Holmlia Bridge, a square is projected to be constructed on this area. The square shall be a combination of green space and concrete surface. It is also projected to include designed light trees made of metal as well as a scene and penthouse for taxi.
This contract includes establishment of the projected light trees. In connection with this the Awarding Authority will need to engage an electro contractor. The contract will include both delivery of necessary materials, completion as well as operation and maintenance in one year subsequent to completion. Option for 1 year prolongation.

Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The supplier shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
The supplier shall present a HSE self-declaration certificate (see Annex).
The supplier shall be a legally established company.

Other documentation required: Credit appraisal/rating not older than 1 year based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency.

— Progress plan for the assignment,
— Overview of the contractor’s organisation is required. Organization plan shall be attached.
Proposed manpower for this assignment, whether or not belonging directly to the company, including names and CVs for the key personnel appointed to the assignment.
— Statement of equipment, machines, tools, materials and technical equipment at the contractor’s disposal in connection with implementation of the assignment/contract,
— The contractor’s principal deliveries of corresponding nature for the previous 3 years including values, dates and recipients/awarding authorities.
Statement of the service provider’s quality assurance system/management system as well as statement of the service provider’s environmental control system.
— Overview and confirmation of the company’s approvals for right to accept responsibility in accordance with requirements in the Planning and Building Act and the Approval regulations. If the contractor does not have such approvals, documentation must be presented which substantiate that these approvals will be obtained.
