28-SAM-2011 Project Managers for Planning of Cycle Path Projects

Oslo Municipality wishes to give priority to the completion of the main network of cycle paths. To be able to plan the remaining stages, the Municipality Office for the Environment will need to hire 2 Project Managers to strengthen their capacity in project management. The Project Managers will be attached to the Planning Section for Cycling in the Planning and Development section of the Municipality Office for the Environment. The Project Managers shall discuss the solutions and Quality Assure the plans which will be delivered. It is therefore a requirement that the Project Managers nominated have experience from similar types of work. Similar work / Project experience is defined as Project Management for requesting and/or development of detail- and construction plans for public road, pedestrian and cyclepath projects.
The Project Managers may also be required to perform other planning activities being the responsibility of the Cycle plan section, during the scope of the assignment. The project is to be delivered during 2011-2012, with an option of a maximum of 6 months into 2013, depending on when the tasks described in section 1.2 are completed.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
— The supplier must be up to date with regards to Tax and VAT payments.
— The supplier must submit a self-declaration form for HSE.
— The supplier must be a legally registered company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Credit assessment / Rating, no more than 6 months old, based on last known accounts. A rating must have been performed by a publicly approved rating agency or the last 2 years company annual reports including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.

Requirment 1: The supplier shall have a minimum of 3 years experience from completing similar work / projects. Similar work / projects are defined as project management for ordering and /or completion of detail and constructions plans for public roads and pedestrian and cycle path projects.
