28-SAM-2011 Hire of project managers for planning cycle path projects

Oslo municipality would lieke to prioritise the completion of the main cycle path network. In order to plan the remaining stages, the Transport Department has a need to hire two project managers to strengthen the department's project management capacity. The project managers will be connected to the Cycle Planning Section in the Planning and Development Department in the Transport Department.
The department would primarily like two project managers in 100 % posistions, but can accept an 80 % position based on a manlabour year of 1 650 hours, see point 2.6. The contract will be valide from the start date until the end of 2012 plus an option for complete the assignments which are started, maximum 6 months.
The project managers can also carry out other planning assignments which come under the cycle planning section during the assignment's duration.

The service shall be carried out in the period 2011-2012, with an option for a maximum of 6 months into 2013, depending on when the assignments described in point 1.2 are completed.

— the tenderer's reference projects from the last 3 years including information on value, date and name of the awarding authority. Only projects which are relevant for this assignment shall be included,
— a short account of the quality assurance system.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 years experience from equivalent works/project. Equivalent works/project means project management for ordering and/or working out detailed and construction plans for public roads and foot and cycle path projects.
Requirement 2: a good and well functioning quality assurance system is required.
